Did you know there are over 60,000 known tree species? No, we are not going to cover all 60,000 in this class, but we will pick out a few to review their differences and how to paint them rather than just adding generic trees to your paintings.
In the first two weeks we will spend time drawing trees while learning to “see” what the different kinds of trees really look like. Then we will jump in with the watercolor, painting trees in different seasons of the year.
You will leave this class more confident and add a new dimension to your painting of trees in your watercolor landscapes. Material list will be posted on the Gallery website. 5 sessions
